David A. He truly loved his family who he tried to get home to.  He loved making holidays memorable, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the zoo, Kings Island, fishing, haunted houses, cookouts, Wheeling dog races, Circleville Pumpkin Show and his beloved fur babies, Mika and Buddy.

Along with his mother Doris, he was preceded in death by a niece Ginny Imler.

Our special appreciation goes to the OSU Ross 4th floor ICU doctors and nurses for all the loving care shown to Dave.  Our deepest gratitude to Mark (Tracey) Sandy (his LVAD brother), you were Dave’s rock and inspiration, we love you both. To Jeff (Kirt) Breitigam, whose support and love touched our hearts, we love you both.

Dave was a member of the Healing Hearts Organization, which helps people and their families deal with heart disease.  Please consider organ donation, Dave was on a journey to a transplant, which he couldn’t reach, he inspired us all with his bravery and determination.   He’s no longer in pain and will be forever in our hearts.
