William Paul Dotson

William “Paul” Dotson, loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, age 65 of Lockbourne, OH passed away on Tues. Feb. 20, 2018 at OSU James Cancer Hospital.  He was born on October 20, 1952 in Williamson, WV.  Paul was a graduate of Groveport-Madison High School.  Paul worked most recently in Maintenance at Mother Angeline McCrory Manor in Columbus and had previously worked for 19 yrs. for the Buckeye Boys Ranch.                       

Preceded in death by parents Anthony and Virginia (Smith); grandson Brandon; brothers and sisters Helen, Harold, Ruth, Don, Kenneth, Joan and Inez.

Paul is survived by his partner of 41 years and loving wife Nettie A., children Tina Bailey of Vanceburg, KY, Kristy (Mark) Harris of Ashville, Alicia (Dustyn) Fox of Columbus, Brian of Lockbourne and Amanda (Chad) Murray of Bainbridge; grandchildren Robbie, Travis, Keaton, Logan, Josiah, Landyn, Presley, Lilly and Isabella;  great-grandchild Leland; brother Bruce Dotson of Columbus and sister Maryann Dotson of Circleville. 

A Memorial Service will be held on Sat. Feb. 24, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103 with Pastor Harry Davis.
