Edgar A Goodrich

Edgar A. Goodrich, 89 of Ashville, OH passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Brown Memorial in Circleville.  He was born on May 9, 1934, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Joseph and Marie (Elliott) Goodrich.  Edgar was a graduate of North High School in Columbus, an Army veteran, worked for Borden Dairy and retired from COTA.  He enjoyed watching his grandchildren in 4-H and sporting events.  He loved to watch Cincinnati Bengals and Ohio State football. 

In addition to his parents, Edgar is preceded in death by his wife, Edith and son Russell Sunday; brothers Jim Goodrich and David Goodrich; stepmother Mary Goodrich. 

Survived by his grandchildren Roger and Tiffany Sunday and daughter-in-law, Tammy Sunday of Ashville; sister Marilyn (Gene) Parker of Lakeland, FL; special caregiver Nancy Curry of Circleville.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 12th at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home 420 W. Main St. Ashville from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Service at 1:00 p.m. with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating.  Burial will follow in Heavenly Hills.  The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice and Brown Memorial for their care, especially the Hospice staff Shannon, Holly and Ellen.  Online condolences at olivercheekfuneralhome.com
