Bonnie L. (Riegel) Tipton

Bonnie L. (Riegel) Tipton, age 71, of South Bloomfield, OH passed away at home on Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017.  She was born on Aug. 21, 1946 to the late Gerald P. and Dorothy I. (Costlow) Riegel in Ashville, OH.   She had been a school bus driver for Teays Valley and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the VFW in So. Bloomfield and also enjoyed babysitting.

Bonnie is survived by children Tim (Julie) Bainter of Franklin, TN, Robin (Douglas) Carroll of Lawrenceville, GA and Kera McGill of So. Bloomfield; grandchildren Kyle(Lauren) and Garin Bainter, Justin McGill and Brieana Carroll; great grandchildren Oliver and Beckett; brother Jerry (Beverley) Riegel and sister Beverly (Bob) Hoover of Ashville; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thurs. Sept. 7, 2017 at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville.  Friends may join family at a Carry In/Gathering from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 8, 2017 at the Rick Brown Memorial VFW, 3301 Northup Ave. South Bloomfield, OH 43103.    In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VFW.  Online condolences at olivercheekfuneralhome.com
