Della M. Wolfe

Della  M.  (Lynd) Wolfe  73 of South Bloomfield, OH,   passed away Fri. April 13, 2018 at Mt. Carmel East , Columbus .  She was born in Kenova, WV and grew up in Branchland, WV.   Della had worked for JC Penny for many years in Columbus and most recently for DSW.   She was very active and a member of the VFW Post 7941 in So. Bloomfield.  She was preceded in death by 1st husband, Robert Lynd in 1980 and 2nd husband, James Wolfe in 1995; her parents, Norma (Heck) Prichard and Homer Prichard; step-mother, Lillian Prichard, parents-in-laws, Grayden and Ferne Lynd, brothers Larry and Roger Prichard, sister-in-law Gayle (Fred) Walbright, nephews, Michael Cavin and Scott Saunders.   Survived by daughters, Tina McClintock and Marie Lynd both of So. Bloomfield; grandchildren,  Nichole (Matthew) Edwards of Marathon, NY, Alexander McClintock of Jonesboro, AR,  Andrew McClintock of So. Bloomfield, Robert  Lynd of Ocala, FL and Amanda Lynd of Circleville;  3 great grandchildren, Kimberlie Edwards of Marathon, NY, Jason McGowan Jr. and Jersey McGowan both of Circleville; special friends,  Ruth Anne Hayden of Oklahoma City , Janet Karchnick of Groveport, and Melinda Barber; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law,  Barbara (Michael) Saunders of Inverness, FL and Greg and Catalina Lynd of St. Augustine, FL; also a host of nieces and nephews. 

  Family will receive friends on Tues. April 17th from 5-7 p.m. at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville with a VFW  Post 7941 Aux. Service to follow.   On Thurs April 19th visitation will take place at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 578 So. 6th St. Ironton from 11 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. with a Graveside Service to follow in Woodland Cemetery.
