Joan M (Snook) Lemaster

Joan M. Lemaster 64 of Groveport, OH passed away Sat. Aug. 5, 2017 surrounded by her family at home.  She was born March 5, 1953 in State College, PA to the late Leonard  and Virginia (Baney) Snook.  Joan was a member of The Grove Church in Groveport and worked for WalMart in Grove City. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Gary, Jim, Joe, Jack and Junie.  Survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Bert Lemaster; children, Faith Barton (Steve) Leport of Ashville, Linda Barton of Lancaster, and Tom Barton of Groveport; 4 grandchildren, Dylan, Stevie, Katlyn, and Bertie; great grandson Ace; sisters,  Linda (George) Spangler, Faith (Bill) Workman, Gloria (Doug) Stine, Barbara Snook, Jenny Karlesses, Shirl Taylor, Nance (Jim) Barnak, and Trease Roan; brother Larry Snook all of PA.; numerous nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends on Tues from 5-8 p.m. at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, Ohio with a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Wed. Aug. 9th , 2017 with Pastor Joel Mayar officiating.  Interment will follow in Floral Hill Memorial Gardens, Circleville.
