Mose Denver Warden, 70 of Ashville, OH passed away on Tues. Sept. 11, 2018 surrounded by his loving family at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH. He was born on Aug. 26, 1948 to the late George Washington and Rhoda (Copley) Warden in Wayne County, WV. He proudly served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War. He worked and retired from working in construction and was an avid fisherman and Kansas City Chiefs fan.
Mose is preceded in death by several siblings.
Mose is survived by daughters Peggy Warden (Tony Delong), Linnie (Tony) Riley and Mary (Dave) Case; grandchildren Tiffany (Tim) Barnhart, Steven Jordan, Kimberly Jordan, Maggie Reynolds, Joseph Riley, Scott Riley, Paul (Lyndzie) Warden, Justin Warden; great grandchildren Levi, Luke and Jane; brothers Chester Warden and James Copley; sister Ellen (Ernie) Mack; special friend and mother of his children Irene; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sat. Sept. 15, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103. Interment and AMVETS Military Service will follow at Reber Hill Cemetery, Winchester Rd. Ashville, OH 43103. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
