Allen W. Wheeler, age 70, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016, at Berger Hospital, Circleville. He was born June 19, 1946, in McConnellsville, Ohio, the son of Alvie and Bertha Burris Wheeler. Allen worked at Buckeye Steel Castings for 18 years and was the manager of Ashville Country Estates Mobile Home Park for 39 years. He was is survived by wife, Dorothy Jackson Wheeler, of Ashville; daughter, Phyllis Hollaway, of Texas; sons: Ken (Kimberley) Waller, of Grove City, and Tim Wheeler of Ashville; sisters: Nancy Vangelow, of Columbus, Alice Dimascola of Columbus, Virginia West of Florida and brother James Wheeler of Galloway, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Allen was preceded in death by sister, Janice and brothers Bobby Wheeler and Richard Wheeler.
After cremation, memorial services will be held at 2pm on Saturday,
July 23, 2016 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 West Main Street, Ashville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Central Ohio Office, 937 High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085.
