Allison (Chandler) Newman

Allison Chandler Newman, age 42 of Ashville, lost her battle to breast cancer on Tues. Nov. 21, 2017.  A special friend Margaret Shay was there in heaven to greet her with open arms along with several family members and friends.

Allison was born on Nov. 4, 1975 in Gallispolis, OH to Frank and Susan Clark Chandler who survive her.

Allison is survived by husband Jefferson Newman; her son Daniel O’Keefe; sister Pam (Lou) Keefer; brother Bill Chandler and her mother-in-law and father-in-law Mary and Bill Brown; her great nephews Leon and Rhett and her dogs Janice and Ralphie.  She is also survived by nieces Jordan, Trista and Alex.  Allison was loved and will be missed by many especially her Aunt Joyce and cousins.

Allison was an RN for Childrens Hospital Home Health Care.

There was a private showing for the family on Nov. 22, 2017 at  Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, Ashville, OH.  There will be a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. on Sat.
