Betty Lou (Hall) Stanley

Betty Lou Stanley, 89 of McArthur, OH (formerly of Obetz) passed away at home on Monday, August 31, 2020.  Betty was born on April 18, 1931 to the late Mitchell and Edna (Kitchen) Hall Pike County, KY.  Betty was a graduate of Belfry High School in Pikeville, KY and worked for Waranteed Pharmaceutical Co. and was later a homemaker dedicated to her family.  Betty was a longtime member of Little Angel Old Regular Baptist Church in Groveport.

Besides her parents, Betty was also preceded in death by husband of 52 years Floyd B. Stanley and brother Edward Hall.

Betty is survived by children Daniel (Patricia) Stanley of FL, Teresa (Scott) Ellsesser of McArthur, Mitch (Ramona) Stanley of Greenfield, George Stanley of McArthur and bonus daughter Joyce (Pat) Miller of Baltimore, OH; grandchildren Jeremiah (Meridith) Stanley, Jenny Stanley, Kenneth (Lamanda) Holley, Robert (Kelly) Holley, Gary (Lisa) Holley, Tracy (Craig) Wolfe, Allison (Mark) Shimko, Stephen (Anna) Ellsesser, Rebecca (Scott) Smith, Katherine Stanley (fiancé Michael Estle); numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and many church family/friends.

Visitation with family will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thurs. Sept. 3rd at Little Angel Old Regular Baptist Church, 5733 Saltzgaber Rd. Groveport, OH 43125.  Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Fri. Sept. 4th at the church with Moderator Danny Carty officiating.  Interment will follow at Beckett Cemetery, Borror Rd. Commercial Point, OH 43116. Due to COVID-19, masks and social distancing is encouraged.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty’s memory to the church.
