Billy E. Hammonds

Billy E. Hammonds, 71 of Lucasville, OH (formerly of Lockbourne) passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Adena Regional Hospital in Chillicothe.  He was born on June 23, 1950 to the late Clarence and Nellie (Moore) Hammonds in Garrison, KY.  Billy worked doing mobile home repairs with heating and cooling.  He previously attended Full Gospel Jesus Only Church in Columbus.

Billy is also preceded in death by wife Sandra T. (Hopper) Hammonds; numerous brothers and sisters.  He is survived by daughter Amy L. Hammonds (Eric Manley) of Lucasville; grandson Eric Manley Jr.; brother Charlie (Rosetta) Hammonds of Portsmouth; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; church family in the Lord.

Visitation will be 11-1 followed by a Funeral Service at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 16th at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville 43103. Interment will follow at Fernwood Cemetery in Lockbourne.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
