Carol A. Leming , age 80 of Ashville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December, 17, 2024 in Circleville. She was born in Columbus, OH on December 4, 1944 to the late Richard and Betty Lou (Thompson) Biggs. Carol worked at the Circleville Walmart for 13 years as well as A-Z Packaging Co. in Columbus. She was a 1963 graduate of Franklin Heights High School and attended Bliss College. Along with her late husband John, she was an active member of Crossroads Church and went on 18 mission trips with the team from Crossroads. She also travelled the US teaching Vacation Bible Schools and abroad.
Preceded in death by her husband of 46 years John A. Leming, step-daughter Robin Mullins; brothers Richard Biggs Jr., Ronald Biggs, and Daniel Biggs; and nephew Bobby Figures.
Carol is survived by sister, Janet Figures; special niece Veronica (Gary) Pinkerton, Mary (Raymond) Birtcher and Roberta (Marcum) Storts; son-in-law Gary Mullins; sisters-in-law Joanne Ellyson, Patricia Johnson; grandson, Christopher Mullins; great grandson Shane Mullins; special friends, Mellisa Davis, Jaycie and Chase Clifton; as well as many other nieces and nephews, in-laws, and church family.
Funeral service will be at Noon on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W Main St, Ashville with Rev. Lonnie Potts officiating. The family will receive friends from 10am until the service. Burial will follow at Harrison Township Cemetery, South Bloomfield.
