Carolyn "Sue" (Bowen) Collins

Carolyn “Sue” (Bowen) Collins age 59 of Circleville, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 26th, 2017 at OSU Wexner Medical Center. She was born on Jan. 22, 1958 in Paintsville, KY. Sue had worked as a supervisor at American Pacific in Columbus and as a domestic engineer. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is preceded by her brother Fairon Dean Bowen and sister Karen Blevins. Sue is survived by her husband Woodrow Collins of over 27 years; children, Amanda Cuevas (Shane Crosby) and Craig (Mary) Huston both of Ashville, OH, and stepson Vincent (Dawn) Collins of Nelsonville, OH, grandchildren; Anthony, Dakota, and Ashton Cuevas, and Alexis Crosby, great grandchildren Aydin and Ezra, sisters; Wilma James of Ashville, Sharon Ward of Circleville, and Marlene May of Ashville, brother, Junior Bowen of Ashville, brother-in-law Charles (Coleen) Collins of Peebles, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and her beloved dog Sissy.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 5-7 and Memorial Service at 7:00pm at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home for expenses.
