Cathy J. Smalley

Cathy J. Smalley, 59 of Circleville, OH passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Brown Memorial in Circleville after a battle with cancer.  She was born on February 29, 1964 to the late Richard William and Donna Lee (Rambo) Smalley in Columbus, OH.  Cathy was a 1982 graduate of Teays Valley and loved being with family, friends and her dog Peanut.

Besides her parents, she is preceded by sisters Sara Kay Smalley and Susan Lee Smalley.

Cathy is survived by her fiancé Johnny Sanders; children Brittany Pennington, Connor (Samantha Estep) Pennington and Cole (Chang Kim) Pennington; grandchildren Lissa Kay and Ally; brother Bobby Smalley; niece and nephews Angela Smalley (Tim Robbins) and James Smalley; sisters-in-law Jill (Steve) Welsh and Jamie Sanders Wilson; nieces and nephews Heather Scholl, Tyler and Luke Welsh, Hunter Wilson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30th from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life Service at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W.
