Chester Matthew Warden was born in Wayne County, WV on December 16, 1951. He lived in Columbus, OH, since 18 years of age. He is preceded in death by Rhoda Jane (Copley), his mother, George Washington Warden, his father, Mose D. Warden, his brother, Ellen Mack, his sister, Joanne Williams, his sister, Norma Kinney, his sister, James Copley, his half-brother, and numerous loved ones. Also preceded in death by Irene Copley, who he was like two peas in a pod with.
Chester is survived by many nieces and nephews, and he enjoyed hanging out with them. He was an avid Denver Broncos fan and liked that college team from up North (MICHIGAN) – Go Blue for Chester! Remember those sayings when you think about Chester, “I don’t want to play”, and what he and Irene would say, “If they couldn’t do it, then it couldn’t be done.”
