Cohan Thaniel Graham, 8, of Commercial Point, OH, passed away Tues. July 21, 2015, surrounded by his family, at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus. Cohan was born May 31, 2007 in Columbus, Ohio, and is the son of Kevin and Andrea Green Graham. Cohan received services from Pickaway Co. MRDD including OT, PT, and speech services. He was also involved with the BCMH Program.
Survived by his parents; brother, Zander; sisters, Jayden and Hardi of Commercial Point; grandparents, James and Carol Graham of Worthington, Rick and Patty Green of Pataskala; great-grandparents, Jay and Mary Green of Newark, Don and Fran Tolliver of Newark; aunt, Sharon Graham of Columbus; uncles, Brian Graham of Seattle, WA, and Richard II (Shellie) Green of Pataskala; numerous cousins; special nurses, Wave Fletcher, Saudra Dudley, and other numerous nurse
Friends may call Friday, July 24, 2015 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, Ashville, from 5-8 PM. Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, July 25, 2015. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions can be made to Nationwide Children’s Hospital Pulmonary Unit:
