Dale "Bud" Fout Jr.

Dale "Bud" Fout Jr., age 84 of Ashville passed away on March 15, 2026, Surrounded by his family. He was born on June 5, 1941 in Ashville, OH to the late Dale and Dorothy (Ward) Fout. Bud graduated from Ashville Harrison HS (1960). He worked for Lehmens and Associates for many years as a superintendent.

Bud was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Dianne Fout; daughter Shana Rose McManus, granddaughter Elizabeth Ann McManus, grandson Heath Allen Snyder, and sister Carolyn Miller.

He is survived by daughters, Erin (Mark) Songer and Karah (Micah) Crumley, grandchildren; Caitlin Snyder, Blake (Destiny) Snyder, Allyson and Kaleb (Jessica) McManus, Jacob (Julia) Fout, Rachel (Josh) Carpenter, Mathew McNeely, Brogan Crumley; great grandchildren; Emma, Brynn, Brody, Eli, Aubrie, Fallon, Odin, Keegan, Nora, Theodore, Rosalind, Kameron, Gwynevire, and Paige; sister Carol, special niece Susan, and beloved dog, Cody.

In keeping with Bud's wishes cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103. Memorial Service at 4:00p.m. at the Funeral Home.
