Donald Berry

Donald E. Berry, 88 of Ashville, passed away Monday, Dec. 21, 2015 at Pickaway Manor, Circleville.  He was born Mar. 27, 1927 in Ashville, son of the late Clarence E. and Maude (Hoover) Berry.  Donald was part owner and operator of Ashville Oil Company in Ashville for 47.5 years with his father and brother, Lewis.

Donald was married to Rosalie Mae (Franks) Berry for 62 years.  She preceded him in death Dec. 24, 2010.  His parents, brothers Ralph, Leroy, and Lewis; sisters, Dorothy, Margaret and Frieda.  He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather.  He will be sadly missed by his family.

He is survived by daughters, Donna (Ray) Noecker and Judy Berry, granddaughters Kim (Mike) Videkovich, Cara (Doug) Layne, Kathleen (Nick) Siers, and Amy Noecker, ten great grandchildren and sister-in-law, Mabel Frazier of Grove City, several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 9:00 to 11:00 AM Sat. Dec. 26, 2015 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, Ashville where services will be held at 11 AM.  Rev. Ty Myers will officiate.  Burial will follow in Reber Hill Cemetery, Ashville.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Harrison Twp. Fire Department.
