Donald C. Von Ins

Donald C. Von Ins, 62, of Ashville, OH passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023 at Kobacker House in Columbus, OH.  Don was born on August 2, 1960 and was a 1978 graduate of Teays Valley and The Ohio State University with a degree in Computer Science.  He had worked in IT Management at Grange Insurance.  He was a member of Village Chapel Church.  Don also enjoyed the Columbus Aqua Ski Club and OSU Water Ski Club.

Don is preceded in death by his father Eugene N. Von Ins and sister Karen J. Gandarillas.

He is survived by son Branden Von Ins; daughter Jessica Von Ins; his mother Patricia J. (Greene) Von Ins; his partner Marita Vermeulen; nephews Ryan Gray and David Ocker; brother-in-law Richard Gandarillas.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, May 5th and on Saturday, May 6th from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at Noon at Village Chapel Church, 30 Viking Way, Ashville, OH 43103 with Pastor Kevin Pees officiating.
