Edna `Faye (Burnside) Puckett

Edna  Faye  Puckett 86 of Williamsport, OH and formerly of Waverly, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 at Genesis Healthcare in Circleville.

She was born on Dec. 25, 1928 in Whitesville, WV to the late  Dale Smith and Velva Belle (Petry) Burnside. Preceded in death by brothers, Carmel and Gene Burnside; sisters, Mary, Winnie, Ruby, Dolly, Layune, and Virginia.  Survived by husband, Kenneth N. Puckett; sons,  Doug (Kim) Hendricks of So. Bloomfield, Dean (Shelly) Hendricks of Circleville, and Dale (Waldena) Hendricks of Laurelville; daughter Phyllis (Bob) Romaniw of  Hinkley, OH.; 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren;brother, Dorman (Helen) Burnside of Florida; numerous nieces and nephews.  Funeral Service  11:00 a.m. Wed. June 3, 2015 in the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH with Pastor Stephen Palmer officiating .  Interment will follow in Harrison Township Cemetery, So. Bloomfield. Friends may call on Tues. from 4-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service on Wed.. The family request in lieu flowers contributions may be made to  Heartland Hospice 116 Morris Rd.
