Frances Loretta (Gilmore) Moran

Frances Loretta Moran, 83, of South Bloomfield, OH passed away on May 14, 2025 at her residence. She was born on July 15, 1941 in Ross County to the late Frank S. and Annis Leota (Woodeard) Gilmore.  Loretta was a 1959 graduate of Ashville Harrison High School and worked over 35 years in Accounts Payable for the Ohio Transmission Corporation.  Longtime member of 1st Baptist Church of Ashville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands Stanford Charles Moran in 2005 and Willard Adams in 1997, infant sister Betty.

Loretta is survived by special friends Mike and Donna Tackett; and Billie Rardin.

Funeral Service 12 noon on Saturday May 17th at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville with Mike Tackett officiating. Visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at Noon.  Interment will follow in Harrison Township Cemetery, So. Bloomfield.
