Hailey Brook Lewis, age 28 of Ashville, OH passed away on Wed. July 19, 2017. She was born in Columbus, OH on Dec. 12, 1988 to Larry R. and Carolyn S. (Norris) Lewis. She was a graduate of Teays Valley Class of 2007 .Hailey loved all animals especially dogs.
Hailey is survived by her parents, sister Jordyn (J.R.) Eplin of Commercial Point and Monica Lewis of Columbus; half sister Lindsey Brown of Grove City; boyfriend Kerry Means of Grove City; grandparents Norma and Vaughn Church of Groveport and Del and Val Norris of Ashville; niece Kyla and nephews Mason and Clayton.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 24, 2017 at Beckett Cemetery, Commercial Point, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Hailey’s memory to: Partners for Paws, P.O. 282, Circleville, OH 43113. Online condolences at olivercheekfuneralhome.com
