Irene Helen (Smith) Fisher
January 28, 1922 — February 23, 2016
Irene Helen Fisher 94 of Circleville passed away Tuesday February 23rd, 2016 at Berger Hospital. She was born on January 28, 1922 in Lithopolis, Ohio to the late Leroy and Edith (White) Smith. Irene was a beloved wife and loving mother and had previously worked as a telephone operator in Ashville and in California for a number of years. Also a graduate of Ashville-Harrison High School.
She was preceded in death by sisters Reva Calvert and Esther Heil and 1 grandson. Survived by her husband of 68 years Donald Fisher; children, Carol Davis of Florida, Robert (Maria Lourdes) Fisher of California, and Janet Fisher Forbes of Texas; grandchildren Trisha, Sandy, Berena, Rodney, Gary, and Lisa; several great and great great grandchildren, and 3 nieces. Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 Sunday, Feb 28th at Emmanuel United Methodist Church 1015 Georgia Rd, Circleville, OH 43113, Pastor Ty Myer officiating.
