Jacob Briggs Thompson Bush, 29 of Circleville, OH passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 as a result of an automobile accident. Jacob was born on April 6, 1997 to Jerry Lee Thompson Jr. and Theresa Marie Bush in Columbus, OH. He was a graduate of Teays Valley and had worked as a machine operator at TriMold. He enjoyed listening to the music group ICP.

Jacob is preceded in death by brother Samuel Nicholson; nephew Robbie Castle Jr.; grandparents Jerry and Donna Thompson, Patrick Darst, Patricia Darst, Bill Bush, Donald and Betty Betts.

He is survived by parents Jerry Lee (Sherry) Thompson Jr. and Theresa Marie Bush; sister Amanda Bush (Robbie Castle); brothers Luke Powell and Dakota Thompson; nieces Addison Castle and Violet Castle; nephews Samuel Castle and Nathaniel Castle; uncles and aunts Bill Bush, Michael (Cortney) Darst, Thomas (Michelle) Darst, George (Tara) Thompson, Errick (Miranda) Thompson, Doreen (Parrish) Baker, Susan and Lynn Alban; Godfather Craig Richardson; 3 stepbrothers and 2 stepsisters.
