John Richard Cain, age 64, of Ashville, went to be with the Lord on June 27, 2016. He was born on August 21, 1951 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, the son of Charles and Marie Dailey Cain. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jim Cain. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jeanne; daughter, Connie Cain Flohr of Crystal Beach, FL and son, John M. (Jodi) Cain of Ashville; grandchildren Leah Greene, Matthew Cain, Thomas Flohr, Caitlin Cain; great granddaughters Tennia and Cecilia Greene; brothers, Charles (Betty) Cain of Tipp City, OH, Gary (Edna) Cain of Springfield, OH and Ray (Maggie) Cain of West Liberty, OH. The family would like to thank the many friends and family that supported John through his illness. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Berger Hospice, 1280 North Court Street, Circleville, OH 43113. Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Blessed Hope Bible Church, 9941 State Route 752, Ashville, OH 43103 with Pastor Todd Hautala officiating. Family will receive friends after 12:00 p.m. Saturday at the church. Interment will follow in Jackson Township Cemetery.
