Johnna Beth Prince, 55, of Ashville, Ohio, passed away on August 12, 2026. She was born November 22, 1970.

Johnna lived life entirely on her own terms, unapologetically authentic, fiercely devoted to the people she loved, and always ready for a good time. Her goofy smile, sense of humor, and big heart made memories with her impossible to forget.

Johnna was the beloved wife of Gregory "Greg" Prince, whom she married on May 23, 1997. Together, they shared nearly three decades of marriage filled with family, adventures, laughter, and a lifetime of memories.

Above all else, Johnna's family was her world. She is survived by her husband, Greg; her children, Jessica (Jorge), Elizabeth (Sam), Samantha (Matt), Timothy (Brittney), and Kathleen (Jacob); her mother, Katherine Hunt; and her sister, Kim Eaches and her husband Al, and their children Drew and Blake.

One of Johnna's greatest joys was being a grandmother. She loved Denise, Damian, Corbin, Cadence, Charlee, Chesnee, Kian, Lylah, Madison, Dawson, and Lena, and there were few sounds she loved more than hearing her grandchildren laughing and playing around her.

Johnna knew how to enjoy life's simple, best moments. She loved traveling, soaking up the sunshine at Lake Cumberland, relaxing with her toes in the warm sand in Florida, or simply sitting on the porch with a cigarette and an ice-cold tall boy. She could just as happily be found beside a campfire with a good book in her hands, listening to her grandchildren play nearby.

And there was almost always music. Johnna was a diehard classic rock fan, providing the soundtrack to countless family gatherings, porch laughs, road trips, and backyard sunsets.

For 15 years, Johnna worked for Crane Worldwide, where she built friendships and relationships throughout her career.

Johnna was preceded in death by her father, Walter.

Per Johnna's wishes, she will be cremated, and her family will return her ashes to the warm sands and tides of the Florida coast she loved so deeply.

Johnna's life wasn't measured simply by the years she lived, but by the people she loved, the places she traveled, the music she turned up, the books she read, the sunshine she soaked in, and the laughter she shared.

Her family will carry her with them, in the warmth of the sun, the sound of classic rock playing a little too loud, the crackle of a campfire, the pages of a good book, the laughter of her grandchildren, and every time their toes touch the sand.
