Julie Anne Gingerall Israel, 63 passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023 at Brown Memorial Home in Circleville, OH.  She was a member of the Jackson High School Class of 1978.  Julie moved to Columbus and managed several apartment complexes for many years before returning to the Jackson area.

Born on December 18, 1959 to James and Waneta Napper Gingerall.  Julie will be remembered for her cheerful personality, giving heart and zany sense of humor.

Julie is survived by sisters Barbara Ross and Lana Whitt and former husband Albert Reinhart.  She is preceded in death by brother Stephen Waltz and special niece Kathy Ramella.

Mourning her loss as well are her best friends Connie McClellan, Melody Reinhart and Penney Lewis; honorary nieces Tara Fisher and Danika Riegel along with those four little girls she loved so much-Adyle, Makynlee, Haizley and Ellie; many other nieces and nephews who were so precious to her.

Cremation has taken place and Arrangements were entrusted to Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, Ashville.  A Celebration of Life will be held at Jackson Apostolic Church at 2:30 on Sunday, March 19th in Jackson, OH.  Online condolences at olivercheekfuneralhome.com
