Kim R Lozier

Kim  R. Lozier 59 of Portsmouth, passed away Thurs. Aug. 17, 2017 at SOMC Hospice.  He was born Dec. 1, 1957 in Columbus to the late Jack H. Lozier and to Florence (Tussing) Meade who survives of Wheelersburg.  Kim had worked at Wassersrom in Columbus for 10 years , then worked as a roofer in construction for 15 years, and had been a Security Guard at Grant Hospital.   He was the current Pres. Of the Road Riders in Portsmouth, past Pres. Of the Portsmouth Radio Club, and was a skywarn for Wilmington Weather. Preceded by sister Patricia Blevins.   Besides his mother he is survived by daughters, Erica Johnson of Portsmouth and Beth Lozier of Grove City; son Harley Lozier of Canal Winchester; sister Ceda Minturn of Wheelersburg; brother Matthew (Denise) Miller of NC; numerous grandchildren; loving nephew Cole Distel; also nieces , nephews, and friends.  Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug.21, 2017 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville,OH with Preacher Roy Bennett officiating. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service  on Monday. Interment will follow in Fernwood Cemetery, Lockbourne.
