Larry R Riffle

Larry R. Riffle, 73, of Circleville, passed away Mon. Feb. 27, 2017, at his residence.  He was born on May 17, 1943 to the late Carl and Elise Riffle of Circleville.  Larry worked as a truck driver for Brooks, Fletcher’s, and retired from Schneider’s Trucking.  He was a 32 ° Degree Mason and enjoyed working at the Pumpkin Show and at the Pickaway County Fair.  Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.  He will sadly be missed by all who knew him.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Donald Riffle, and his step-daughter, Linda Hettinger.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years Doris Riffle, daughter, Carla Riffle of Circleville, brothers Vic (Kitten) Riffle, Harry (Joyce) Riffle, two granddaughters Jamie and Renee Rittenhouse, one grandson Gary Nicolia, and seven great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters and brothers-in-law, and so many special friends who he loved dearly.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH with Reverend Kenny Haddox officiating.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Larry’s memory to Berger Hospice 600 N. Pickaway St. Circleville, OH 43113.
