Larry Gene Walker

Larry Gene Walker, 78 of Columbus, OH passed away on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022 at  OSU Wexner Medical Center.   He was born on June 3, 1943 in Kermit, WV.    Larry retired from and worked for many years at Continental Grainery in Columbus.

Preceded in death by his parents, wife Opal Irene Walker, and sons Larry Wayne and Michael Eugene.

He is survived by a daughter Wendy Irene Stires of Columbus and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tues. Feb. 15, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.  with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville 43103. Interment will follow in Harrison Twp. Cemetery, So. Bloomfield.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home toward expenses.
