Laura Ellen Groves

Laura Ellen (Walters) Groves, age 95, of Circleville, Ohio, left her home here to be with Jesus in her heavenly home for all eternity, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. She was the daughter of the late William and Ellen (Cochran) Walters, born in New Straitsville, OH on February 13, 1931. She was a devoted homemaker, forever thankful for her family, always counting her blessings.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Groves; a son, Gregory; brother, William Joseph Walters and sister, Nellie Morris.

She leaves behind her sons, Glenn (Cathy) Groves and David (Barbara) Groves; grandchildren, Troy (Penny), David, Angel, Daniel, Tyson, Jason and Joshua; a few great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, a Graveside Service will take place at Fernwood Cemetery, Lockbourne, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Don Blankenship officiating.
