Lawrence “Larry” M. Snyder Jr., beloved husband, father and grandfather, age 69 of Columbus, OH passed away at his home on Wed. Jan. 3, 2018. He was born on April 28, 1948 to the late Lawrence M. and Mary Lee (Asbury) Snyder Sr. in Ripley, WV. He was a 1966 graduate of Teays Valley and worked in the trucking industry.
Along with his parents, Larry was preceded in death by sisters Brenda Snyder and Mary Ellen Conrad.
Larry is survived by his wife of over 50 years Regina L. (Courts) Snyder, daughter Totie Rhoads (William Keaton) of Columbus and son Sean Snyder of Circleville; 3 grandchildren Keair (Tony) Snyder-Gillian of Columbus, Ryan (Amanda) Rhoads of Stoutsville and Dakota (Kyle) Simonton of Circleville; 2 great grandchildren Cadence and River; sisters Carol Phalen of South Bloomfield and Bev (Ray) Lawhun of Ashville; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018 with Pastor Ty Myers officiating. Visitation will take place an hour prior to the service at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103. Interment will follow at Harrison Twp. Cemetery, South Bloomfield.
