Linda Ellen Downing

Linda Ellen Downing , 74 of Kingston, OH passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Wyngate Senior Living in Circleville, OH.  She was born on April 2, 1950, to the late Bert and Marjorie (Lemaster) Green in Columbus, OH.  Linda was a graduate of Teays Valley and had retired as an Assistant Administrator at Brown Memorial Nursing Home.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and dog, Lexie.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Teddy Green and sisters Mary Moore and Bonny Davy; brother-in-law George “Whitey” Davy.

She is survived by son Larry (Susan) Downing II of Circleville and daughter Paula Maughn of Utah; grandchildren Charles Lloyd Downing and Maris Lane Downing; brother Gerald Ernie Green of Virginia.

Per her request, there will be a private family service at the convenience of the family and then cremation will take place.  Arrangements entrusted to Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, Ashville.
