Maddox Joseph Cotton
February 4, 2015 — March 19, 2015
Maddox J. Cotton age 1 month, 15 day old, son of Eric Cotton and Ashley Moore of Circleville, passed away on March 19, 2015 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus. Besides his parents he is survived by 3 brothers, Troy, Silas, and Camden; paternal grandparents, Don and Sue Cotton of Chillicothe and Dianna Harrington of Lancaster; maternal grandparents, Judy and Charlie Moore of Ashville; great grandparents, Howard and Christene Conley of Ashville and Cecil Cotton of New Plymouth; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville on Wed. March 25, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Mark Raddatz officiating. For those who wish contributions may be made to Cherubs-CDH.org donate on the web.
