Maggie Ryan, age 91 of Ashville, OH passed away at Riverside Hospital Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017. She was born October 24, 1925 in War Eagle, WV, to the late Milton and Bessie (Cline) Adkins. Maggie was owner operator of Little Donnie’s Pizza in Ashville. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and she was also a member of Abundant Life Apostolic Pentecostal Church.
Maggie was preceded by husband, Archie Ryan (1978), brothers; Ray, Tom, Ernie, sisters; Midas, Claudia, Phyllis, Beatrice, Othie, and Elizabeth.
She is survived by a daughter, June (Jim) Akison of So. Bloomfield, grandchildren; Donnie (Lindsay) of Ashville, Amanda (John) of Steubenville, and Megan (Dustin) of Ashville, great grandchildren; Kayleigh, Lilliyan, L.J., Lucy, and Reagan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and her church family.
The family will receive friends Friday Jan 20, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103. The funeral will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Brother Joe Steirhoff officiating and Interment following at Concord Cemetery, Grove City, OH.
