Marcia L. (Cook) Tussing

Marcia L. Tussing, 75 of Ashville, OH passed away peacefully after a long illness surrounded by her family on Thursday, June 1, 2023.  Marcia was born on September 13, 1947 in Columbus, OH and she was a 1965 graduate of Teays Valley.  Marcia was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church and attended online services during her recent illness. Her family has been blessed and inspired by the steadfast love she and her devoted husband shared through thick and thin.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years Jim; her sister Marla Rainier (husband Bruce); sons Jim, Brad (wife Janet), Greg (wife Mindy) and Doug (wife Maria): nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in Heaven by her parents Richard and Ethel (Reid) Cook.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6th with Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W.
