Mary Browning died on Friday, June 14, 2024 at Mt Carmel East Hospital after a brief illness. Her family was at her side at her death.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, William H Browning Jr; her parents, Elizabeth and Edward Wrasman; and her siblings Eugene (Anna and Margaret) Wrasman, Mel (Ruth and Barb) Wrasman, Richard Wrasman, Ralph (Mary) Wrasman, and Alice (Gene) Rayman, as well as her brother-in-law Thomas Buettner.

Mary is survived by her sisters Irma Buettner, Margaret (Charles) Ashby, Sister Mary Gail Wrasman, and Jane (Ron) Goergens. She is survived by her children William J (Micky Shaffer) Browning, Christopher A (Loretta McCoy) Browning, Teresa M (David Turner) Browning, Margaret A (Gregory) Fenner, and Michael E (Bobbie) Browning. She is survived by her grandchildren Lindsay (Alex) Lojo, Kimberly Pettit, Kaite (Brian Puckett) McCoy, Kody (Chelsea) McCoy, Adrian Turner, Scott (Alison) Fenner, Andrew (Hattie) Fenner, Rachel Fenner, Amanda Browning, Marci (Sam) Steinfels, Natalie Browning, and Joshua Browning. She is survived by great grandchildren Thompson Karssen, Riser Karssen, Emilynn Karssen, Charlie Fenner, Audrey Fenner, Harvey Fenner, Elsie Fenner, Hazel Fenner, Elijah Steinfels, Ezekial Steinfels, Paisley McCoy, and Kolton McCoy. Mary is also survived by dozens of nieces and nephews.

Mary was a 1951 graduate of Delphos St John’s high school. Mary worked for many years at the Ashville Pharmacy and Revco Drug in Circleville. She was a parishioner and Sunday school teacher at St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Circleville. Mary spent many hours volunteering alongside her late husband Bill at the Walnut Little League, the Teays Valley Athletic and Band Boosters, as well as volunteering as a tutor for state graduation tests at Teays Valley High School.

Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, July 11th at St Joseph’s  Catholic Church, 134 West Mound St, Circleville, Ohio 43113 with Father Ramon Owera officiating. Visitation with Family will be held one hour before the Funeral Mass in the church undercroft.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Teays Valley Educational Foundation, 385 Viking Way, Ashville, OH 43103.  Online condolences at olivercheekfuneralhome.com
