Maxine Mae Crawford, age 77, of Ashville, OH went to be with our Lord and Savior on May 18, 2025. She was born on December 8, 1947, the daughter of the late Howard and Marion Wolfe.
Maxine had a zest for life and a smile that could brighten any room. She was kind, caring, and always put others before herself. She loved her family and Elvis Presley dearly and rarely missed the opportunity to show just how much the two meant to her. Maxine was strong, vibrant, and always ready to dance. She worked hard to make sure everyone had what they needed and always took the opportunity to make them feel special. Maxine was a daughter, a mother, a grandmother, a great-grandmother, an aunt, and a sister; someone her family will miss dearly.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Rodgers, and her best friend and sister-in-law, Linda Redd.
Maxine is survived by three sons and two daughters; Ronald (Sekinat) Crawford, April Crawford, Samantha (Nicholas) Anderson, Howard (Bobbie Jo) Crawford, and Phillip Crawford; grandchildren; Tara (Kail) Niederkohr, Shawn (Erin) Jones, Dawn (Chad) Jewell, Jerrica Rose, Christopher-Lee Anderson, Carlie (Austin) McMunn, Cameron (Kaitlin) Jones, Phillip Crawford Jr., Andrew (Diana) Anderson, Kareem Etti, and Alex Crawford; many great-grandchildren; and sisters; Donna McDaniel, Joyce Haines, and brother, Gary Wolfe.
