Monica M. Bell, age 44 of Circleville , OH passed away on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus , OH. Monica was born on March 8, 1973 in Circleville , OH . Monica had worked as a Pediatric Nurse for Dr. Iskra, Helping Hands in South Bloomfield and Pickaway Dialysis Center in Circleville.

Preceded in death by her father Arnold Franklin Peters and stepfather William Jefferson Wallace.

Monica is survived by husband of 16 years Jeremy Bell; daughter Allee Bell; mother Shirley Lee (Dumm) Wallace; brothers Frankie Lee and Kelly Arnold Peters, both of Laurelville; aunt Bonnie Sue Valentine of Williamsport; uncle Donald Emerson Dumm; niece and nephew Tara and Eric Valentine; mother-in-law and father-in-law Sue and Bob Bell of Circleville; best friends Aunt Tammy and Uncle Brock Weber of Circleville and her beloved dog Pixxy.

Funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m. on Thurs. Dec. 7, 2017 at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville , OH 43103 with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Visitation times will be 1:00-3:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Thursday before and after the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Pickaway Co.
