Nicholas James Edwards

Nicholas Edwards, age 28, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016 at Grant Hospital, Columbus. He was born Oct. 28, 1988, graduated from Athens High School and attended Hocking Technical College. Nicholas worked as a Community Engagement Specialist for Learning Never Ends and previously for Goodwill Industries in Columbus.
Nicholas is survived by his father and step mother Glen and Shee Edwards; mother Jacquelyn (Papit) Edwards; siblings Erin, Amanda, Jonathan, and Joaquin; grandmother Catherine Edwards; uncles Steve Edwards, Will (Corey Beck) Edwards, Roger (Kary) Edwards, as well as numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, Ohio 43103. Graveside Services will be held Thursday at 11:00 am at Harrison Township Cemetery, South Bloomfield, Ohio. To locate the cemetery using GPS enter “Union St & Upton Rd, South Bloomfield, OH 43103”, the cemetery is just north of Upton Rd. The family will receive guests after the Services at the VFW Hall, 3301 Northup Ave., South Bloomfield, OH 43103.
