Pamela K. (Blanton) Dixon

Pamela K. (Blanton) Dixon “Puggi”, 64 of Ashville, OH gained her heavenly wings, on Tues. May 14, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.  She was born on Jan. 15, 1955 to James H. and Faye E. (Riffe) Blanton in Muncie, IN.  Pam had worked for Vincent Graphics in Dublin, OH.

Survived by loving husband and best friend of 47 years, Randy; daughter, Tracy (Joshua) Thompson, and beloved grandson Wyatt Edward Lee Thompson all of Ashville; Honorary son, Dustin (Kimberly) Blanton of Ashville;  brothers Woody (Tammy) Blanton, Ashville; Jimmy (Brenda)Blanton, Ashville; sisters Barb (Ken) Brown of Columbus, Tina (Larry) Ward of Ashville, and Susie Perry of Columbus. sister-in-law Pam (Mark) Harber of Mt Sterling, brothers-in-laws, Jim (Becky) Dixon of Circleville and Larry (Clare) Dixon of Adelphi; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by daughter, Tammy Jo, father James, mother Faye, sisters Marcella Blanton and Patricia Johnson, mother- in- law, Muriel Maxine Dixon, father- in- law, Robert Dixon, and nephew, Jesse Ward.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Fri. May 17th with Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Sat. May 18th at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville 43103 with Rev. Mark A. Harber officiating.  Interment will follow in Harrison Twp. Cemetery, South Bloomfield.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to:  OSU-Hospice of Central Ohio, 805 Hillsdown Rd.
