Patricia was born on June 10, 1965 to John and Billie (Loar) Costlow in Franklin County. Moo Moo worked in the Shipping Dept. at Honeywell International. She is survived by her parents, brother John Bradford Costlow, sister Irma Costlow and nieces Jasmine Storey and Katie Costlow. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
