Paul R. Williams Sr.

Paul R. Williams, Sr. 56 of Ashville, OH passed away December 13, 2023 in Columbus.  He was born November 6, 1967 in Columbus to Violet A. (Williams) Burgess and the late Jerry Burgess.  Paul had been a Truck Driver most of his career and most recently worked for TS-Tech in Canal Winchester.

Besides his father he was preceded in death by his wife Robin L. Smith in 2019.

Survived by his children Corey (Tracie) Bledsoe, Carie (Michael) Huber, Emily Williams, Jennifer Williams (Zach) and Paul “Jr” Williams; mother Violet Burgess; sister Kim Williams; brother Steve Covey; grandchildren Benley Miller, Jayden, Jayce, and Jordan Justice-Huber, also Carlie Rowland; cousin Lori Bell; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 21st at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim McGinnis officiating.  The family request in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home for expenses.
