Ramona L Ballard

Ramona Lea Ballard, 77, of Ashville, Ohio passed away Sat. June 25, 2016 at Valley View Care Center, Frankfort, Ohio.  She was born on May 28, 1939 to the late Ronald G. and Helen Ratliff.  She was retired from General Electric, Circleville, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by 3 sisters Lola Gay Charles, Mary Delph Matney and Anna June Dales.  Ramona is survived by brother, Ronald G. (Sandy) Ratliff and Janice F. (Frank) Perry.   Ramona is survived by her husband, Richard E. Ballard; children, Chuck (Sonya) Endicott of TX , daughter Leah (Brian) Davis of Atlanta, GA, David (Joni) Ballard and Jack(Carla) Ballard of Ashville and Dennis Ballard of  FL; grandchildren, Christopher Endicott, Sara Smith, Emma Davis, Jason Ballard, Mike Ballard and Michelle Burns; great grandchildren, Blade and Cheyenne Ballard, Tanner and Jaylyn Burns, Owen and Lauren Ballard.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, Ohio with Pastor Keith Deel officiating.
