Roy "Mike" Michael Binion

Roy Michael “Mike” Binion, age 69 of Ashville, passed away on Monday, Jan. 7, 2019.  He was born on July 2, 1949 and was a 1967 graduate of Teays Valley High School and also The Ohio State University.  Mike was a warehouse business owner and a member of the Ohio High School Athletic Association.  He also was a Baseball, Basketball and Football Official for many years.

He is preceded in death by his father Roy M. Binion.

Mike is survived by his mother Sue Binion of Ashville; son Scott Binion of Galloway; daughter Laura (Trent) List of Orient; grandchildren Trent Jr., Josh, Rachael and Tyler; numerous other family members.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Fri. Jan. 11th at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103 with a Graveside Funeral Service at 10 a.m. on Sat.
