Samuel R. Stewart 23 of Ashville passed away unexpectedly at his residence. He was born on Jan. 4, 1994 in Columbus. Sam was a graduate of Teays Valley Class of 2012, he enjoyed working out and skateboarding. Survived by his parents Philip (Jaime) Stewart of Lewis Center and Lisa L. Stewart of Circleville; son Braylen Certain; sister Madison Stewart of Circleville; brother Adam (Sommer) Stewart of Lima; step brothers, Chase and Tucker Polen; grandparents, Jim and Martha Smith of Circleville , Phil and Joyce Stewart of Ashville; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends on Wed. May 31, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. in the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville with uncle Terry Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Cemetery, Circleville.
