Stanley G. Howard Sr

Stanley G. Howard Sr., 69 of Ashville, passed away Friday, November 28, 2014 at The Oak's Care Center in Pataskala. He was born on May 6, 1945 in Dennison, Ohio to the late George and Kathryn (Meade) Howard. He retired from Howard Trucking in Ashville, a veteran of the U.S. Army during Vietnam. Preceded in death by brother Ronald Leon and infant sister Bernadette. He is survived by children, Stanley G. Jr. (Joy) Howard of Williamsport, Theresa (Sam) Martin of Pataskala, Doug (Patty) Howard of Circleville, and David Renner of Circleville; brother, Kenneth (Ann) Howard of Commercial Point; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the OLIVER-CHEEK FUNERAL HOME, 420 W. Main St., Ashville with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Harrsion Township Cemetery, So. Bloomfield. Friends may call on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Military Graveside by AMVETS post 2256.
