Sue A Dixon

Sue A. Dixon, 73, of Columbus, OH, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021 at The Wyngate Senior Living Community, Circleville.  Sue was born Dec. 8, 1947 in Columbus to the late Albert and Faye (Milligan) Finley. She was a graduate of Linden McKinley High School and retired from OSU Medical Center in medical records.   Sue enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and loved her family.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, David in 2010, her son, William Wesley, and brother David Finley.

Sue is survived by daughters Donna (Glenn) Cook of Circleville and Lisa Faye Dixon (Aaron Hastings) of South Solon; grandchildren Joey Cook, Hunter Newman, Ely Newman, Rosalee Dixon; step grandchildren Miranda Oaks, Lisa Hastings, Alexia Hastings, Matthew Hastings, Megan Hastings; sister Barbara Waits of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 24th at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville 43103.  A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Mifflin Twp. Cemetery, Gahanna, OH with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating.
