Tammy Lynn Muldovan, age 61, of Canal Winchester, OH, passed away at her residence on Thursday, July 9, 2026. She was born on December 24, 1964, in Columbus, OH, to the late Charles and Sandra (Cleveland) Crum. Tammy grew up in Columbus and attended Columbus Public Schools. She had attended Pleasantview Baptist Church in Grove City, where she taught Sunday School for many years. She loved spending time with her family and her most cherished days were spent with her children and grandchildren. She loved them all dearly.
Tammy leaves behind longtime significant other, Mitch Ferrin; children, Brian Muldovan, Patrick Muldovan, Casandra Muldovan (Donald Fletcher), Courtney Muldovan (Kyle Pyle) and Jeffrey (Dailyn) Muldovan; thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; twin sister, Terry Lee Baisden, Chuck Crum (Julie Groves), Traci Canter, Sandra (Brad) Oller, David Crum, Rick (Kim) Crum, Donnie (Jovy) Crum, Christie Orr and Greg (Kay) Crum; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, her death is preceded by, infant sister, Connie and brother-in-law, David Baisden.
A visitation with the family will be on Sunday, July 19 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, OH. A service will immediately follow with words of comfort offered by Pastor Steve Buskirk. A fellowship dinner will be held immediately following the service. All family and friends are welcome to attend. Directions to the venue will be given at visitation. In keeping with Tammy’s wishes, cremation will take place and interment will be scheduled at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest memorial donations be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital (Shriners Children's Ohio Office of Philanthropy, One Children's Plaza - 2 West, Dayton, OH 45404) or Charity Newsies (4300 Indianola Avenue, Columbus, OH 43214).
