Tammy L West

Tammy L. West, age 63, of Ashville, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at her home. She was born August 18, 1961, in Circleville, daughter of the late Leonard and Betty (Campbell) Darrow. She was a graduate of Teays Valley High School. Tammy enjoyed attending church with her friend, Lindi Hardbarger. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and going on road trips, anywhere the car would take her.

She is survived by her daughter, Sarah (Spencer) Tower, of Easley, SC; grandchildren, Brentley and Eleanor Tower; sister, Cindy (Richard) Bethold, of Columbus; cousin, Julie Damron, of Columbus; special friend, Ann Gussler, of Ashville. She is preceded in death by her parents; cousin, Deborah Nungester.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Interment will follow at Harrison Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home.
